            Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved to approve the Board Meeting Minutes of

COMMUNICATIONS
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of
            correspondence from the Mayor on June 2, 2014, communicating the Mayor's notice to the Board
            of Supervisors, under Charter Section 4.132, of a transfer of function between departments within
            the executive branch to perform related Equal Opportunity support services at the Department of
            Human Resources, to perform taxi related investigative work at the Airport, and transferring the
            Committee on Information Technology and fleet purchasing and operations to the City
            Administrator's Office. That such reorganization shall become effective 30 days after its issuance,
            unless disapproved by the Board of Supervisors. Ms. Calvillo also communicated the Mayor's
            submission of the FY2014-2015 Annual Appropriation and Salary Ordinances. There were no
            other communications.

            Supervisor Wiener, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by

            Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health - Community Behavioral
            Health Services (DPH-CBHS) to enter into an amended FY2013-2014 Contract for Substance Use
            Disorder Services with the State Department of Health Care Services for the term of July 1, 2010,
            through June 30, 2014, in the amount of $70,682,740 and authorizing and designating the DPH
            County Alcohol and Drug Administrator to sign said Agreement and to approve amendments for
            less than 10% of the contracted amount. (Public Health Department)
