ADDENDUM
The following information is provided by speaker(s), pursuant to Administrative Code, Section
67.16. The content is neither generated by, nor subject to approval or verification of accuracy by,
the Clerk of the Board or the Board of Supervisors.

Ray Hartz submitted the following additional information during Public Comment as follows:
Members of the BOS Edmund Burke said: "The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is
that Good Men Do Nothing." Over the last several years the members of this BOS have remained
silent while your Pres. David Chiu has engaged in a systematic effort to undermined democracy in
the City of San Francisco. I believe some of you are good people afraid to act and others are
complicit in the effort to silence public participation especially comment. I believe David Chiu is
truly evil! I base this on the fact that he is an attorney who is fully aware of all the laws regarding
constitutionally protected political free speech. And yet, he chose to utter the following: "I don't
think we will allow public comment for the next speaker." I will be here each week to layout a long,
sordid story of the evil that is David Chiu.
