            The Board recessed at the hour of 2:57 p.m. The Board reconvened at the hour of 4:00 p.m. The
            following Supervisors were noted present: Supervisors Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Elsbernd, Farrell,
            Olague. Supervisor Kim was noted present at 4:01 p.m.
