Supervisors Ammiano and Maxwell were noted present at 2:04 p.m. CONSENT AGENDA Recommendations of the City Operations and Neighborhood Services Committee 071418 [Approval of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act grant application] Supervisor Dufty Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to submit an application by the deadline of November 5, 2007, to the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) to continue to receive funding for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act Grant (Ryan White Programs, Part A); for the next grant year, March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009, with an expected amount of approximately $36,118,233 in funding for the San Francisco Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA). Each member of the public will be allotted the same number of minutes to speak, except that public speakers using translation assistance will be allowed to testify for twice the amount of the public testimony time limit. The President or the Board may limit the total testimony to 30 minutes.
