Supervisor Wiener, seconded by Supervisor Breed, moved to AMEND on Page 4, starting on Line 1, relating to Landlord hardship provisions. Supervisor Yee withdrew his above referenced motion. Supervisor Breed, seconded by Supervisor Cohen, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion FAILED by the following vote:
