The amount of this annual recurring grant for the next grant year (January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008) is expected to be approximately $9 million. The due date of the IPR is September 4, 2007. Enacted Number: 494-07 ADOPTED 071120 [Accept-Expend State Grant - Board of Supervisors] Supervisor Alioto-Pier Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to accept and expend $275,000 in AB 471 funds from the California Resources Agency, Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation Program to fund Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other improvements to Tulare Park. PASSED, ON FIRST READING Recommendations of the Rules Committee 070505 [Expanding Post-Employment Restrictions For Senior Mayoral Staff and Board Aides] Supervisor Peskin Ordinance amending section 3.234 of the San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code to prohibit individuals who have served as senior staff members to either the Mayor or a member of the Board of Supervisors from communicating with any representative of the City with the intent to influence a government decision for one year after they terminate employment with the City.
