            Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of
            Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion
            carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 9 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Chiu, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Tang
                 Excused: 2 - Wiener, Yee
            Supervisor Avalos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Joe Obegi of the
            Joe's Cable Car Restaurant in recognition of their accomplishments and continued community
            support upon their closure following 50 years of service.

            Supervisor Avalos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to a group of
            volunteers in recognition of Saturday in McLaren Park, their accomplishments, and continued
            community support.
