CONSENT AGENDA Recommendations of the Health and Human Services Committee 020895 [Child Care Health Consultation Services to Family Childcare Providers] Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to enter retroactively into an agreement in the amount of $69,151 with The Regents of the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), the primary contractor, to extend current child care health consultation services to family childcare providers, for the period of September 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
