Matco-Norca, et al.; other material terms of said settlement are: (1) Within 60 days from the entry of the Consent Judgment, Nibco shall provide a Proposition 65 "hang tag" or adhesive warning sign securely affixed on all brass water shut off valves it manufactures or distributes and intended for sale or use in California whose American National Standard/NSF International Standard 61, Section 8 test results for lead leached into water is greater than 5 micrograms per liter; (2) Nibco shall meet certain lead reduction targets for certain water shut off valves manufactured or distributed by Nibco that are intended for sale or use in California; (3) Within 60 days following the end of each targeted period, Nibco shall submit to the Environmental Law Foundation test result showing that the specific valves set forth in the lead reduction target that are sold or used in California meet the lead reduction level required and a certification that Nibco has not and will not offer for sale or use in California valves that do not comply with the lead reduction target. NEW BUSINESS Recommendations of the Budget Committee 020954 [Interim Government Funding, Fiscal Year 2002-03] Mayor Interim Annual Appropriation Ordinance appropriating all estimated receipts and all estimated expenditures for the City and County of San Francisco for fiscal year ending June 30, 2003. (Mayor) (Fisal impact.) Supervisor Daly, seconded by Supervisor Gonzalez, moved to amend by adding the following statement: "During the period after final Board action on the Interim Annual Appropriation Ordinance and prior to final Board action on the Final Annual Appropriation Ordinance, City departments shall notify the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors at least one business day prior to notice of contract termination or reduction of greater than 50% for services provided by a nonprofit organization as a result to reduced appropriations. Such notification shall include a brief description of the impact, if any, of service cuts resulting from such termination or reduction." clarify that all endeavors to recover possession for just cause under Section 37.9(a), must be in good faith without ulterior motive and with honest intent; require relocation expenses of $2,000 for each authorized occupant (including any minor child) who has lived in a unit for 12 months as of the time of vacation of the unit, where the unit is to be demolished or otherwise permanently removed from housing use, or where the tenant must relocate due to capital improvements or substantial rehabilitation work or an owner-move-in eviction, with one-half paid upon notice and one-half paid within 72 hours after vacation of the unit, and with these amounts to be increased annually according to the rate of increase in the "Rent of Primary Residence" expenditure category of the Consumer Price Index (CPI); provide that a tenant’s civil action against a landlord for abridgement of rights under this Chapter may also be brought against the landlord’s successor in interest; certain technical corrections to conform numbering to prior Chapter 37 amendments;
