There was a quorum. AGENDA CHANGES There were none. Supervisors Farrell and Wiener were noted present at 2:05 p.m. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Farrell, moved to approve the Board Meeting Minutes of December 17, 2013.
