Supervisor McGoldrick moved to amend page 4, line 8 by deleting "Recovery of Delinquent Accounts, $10/account" and page five, lines 9 through 21, which references agreement between Unique Management Collection Agency. The language should also reflect that changes include fence construction, closing off any portions of the land to any kind of recreational use, any changes on the allowance or disallowance of any sort of recreational use, and any changes in policy which affect San Franciscans who use the land for recreation.Expand notification to include the Board of Supervisors and reflect that consultation should occur at the earliest possible stage in the planning process and should allow for the City to hold an appropriately noticed public hearing if necessary.Failure of the GGNRA to reach agreement on this issue will result in the City initiating an action seeking reversion of the property to City.
