Enacted Number: 62-01 ADOPTED 010097 [Consumer Bailouts, Electric Rate Increases] Supervisors Ammiano, Peskin, Daly Resolution opposing any proposed "consumer bailouts" and any electric rate increases, and further requests greater community input at the California Public Utilities Commission, as well as a commitment by the California Public Utilities Commission to enhance its low-income programs to ensure that all eligiblelow-income customers of PG&E have weatherization and are part of the present care program.
