ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted absent: Supervisors Brown, Teng - 2. Quorum present. Supervisor Brown was noted present at 2:02 p.m. Supervisor Teng was noted present at 2:04 p.m. AGENDA CHANGES Supervisor Kaufman indicated she intends to move that the proposed Administrative Code, Chapter 31amendment be sent back to committee, File 001007. Supervisor Yaki indicated he intends to request that all matters concerning the Emporium site development be continued, Files 001265, 001256, 001258, 001266; to amend the two sidewalk width ordinances, File 001259 and 001311 and continue them and to continue the public hearings and its companion measures, Files 001269, 001257, 001270, 992235. Supervisor Ammiano requested that the extended hours premises moratorium legislation be considered separately, File 001313. Privilege of the Floor Supervisor Bierman, seconded by Supervisor Leno, moved to suspend Rule 4.28 of the Rules of Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. COMMITTEE REPORTS From Rules Committee Without Recommendation 001456 [Rebuttal Ballot Argument, Charter, District Aide] Supervisor Ammiano Motion authorizing rebuttal to opponent’s ballot argument against Proposition B, a charter amendment regarding district aide for each member of the Board of Supervisors. (Clerk of the Board) Supervisor Ammiano submitted an amendment of the whole rebuttal argument. Supervisor Katz moved the amendment of the whole with a friendly amendment to delete the words "consider voting" and insert "vote" before "yes on B". Supervisor Katz, seconded by Supervisor Ammiano, moved the substitute amendment.
