CONSENT AGENDA Recommendation of the Public Health and Environment Committee 000477 [Police Code - Places of Entertainment, Free Cool Drinking Water] Supervisors Leno, Bierman Ordinance amending Article 15 Section 1026 of the San Francisco Municipal (Police) Code, amending Article 15.1 of the San Francisco Municipal (Police) Code by adding Section 1060.27, and amending Article 15.2 of the San Francisco Municipal (Police) Code by adding Section 1070.27, to require places of entertainment and extended hours premises that provide dancing and dancehalls, which have a capacity of more than 500 persons, to provide free cool drinking water to patrons. (Amends Articles 15, 15.1, and 15.2; adds Sections 1060.27 and 1070.27.) REGULAR AGENDA UNFINISHED BUSINESS Recommendations of the Finance and Labor Committee 000979 [Annual Budget, FY 2000-2001] Motion approving Annual Budget for City and County of San Francisco for Fiscal Year 2000-2001. (Mayor) (Companion measure to Files 000980, 000981, 000982 000983, 000995.) Supervisor Bierman moved to amend to reflect technical adjustments from the Mayor submitted by the Mayor’s Budget Director by letter dated July 17, 2000 to create a $5 million Wage and Health Care Accessibility Reserve (a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board). Supervisor Bierman, seconded by Supervisor Kaufman, moved that this Motion be AMENDED.
