City and County of San Francisco, et al., San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 990-209, relating to the Chinatown Branch Library Project for $285,016.13 and release of the City’s claims to contract retention conditioned on T.E. Joo’s approval of the settlement agreement, by approving modifications to the settlement that will delete the condition that T.E. Joo must approve the settlement.
