(District 8) (Appellant: Cristina Carrasquillo) (Filed September 5, 2013). The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board. Jon Givner, Deputy City Attorney, and John Malamut, Deputy City Attorney, provided an overview of the appeal process and responded to questions raised throughout the discussion.
