Also of concern: cleanliness of bathrooms, toilet paper and other paper supplies, working lights, homeless persons sleeping in the hallways.); (3) access to the fields (Reportedly, the gates were locked and players had to either climb over or crawl under the fence.); (4) access to Recreation and Park personnel on the weekend, when most games are played. Further updating the previous season’s letter with new queries through the League. Specifically, can you confirm the report that only one field was open for playing softball this past weekend, leading to picking of locks, the threat of cutting locks with a bolt-cutter, and players crawling through a hole in the fence in order to have access to the fields?
