 Supervisor Yee introduced Mr. Bryan Yan, founder of the annual poster
contest to help benefit the disabled community.
 Mr. Yan introduced the first prize winner, Mr. Tim Wang, and indicated
his poster has been produced as a calendar.
 Mr. Yan presented Supervisor Yee with an award to honor and recognize
him for his work with the disabled community.
 Supervisor Teng introduced, welcomed and presented Certificates of
Honor to Mr. Ming Chan, calligrapher and Mr. Herby Lam, who has designed
commemorative envelopes for the U.S. postal service that are used for the
first day issuance of new stamps.

project which will expand the reach of programming carried on the City’s

in City Hall beginning today. The public can view the meetings in action
on their personal computers if they have access to the internet and meet
other requirements. This service is available through a public and private
