The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 11 - Ammiano, Becerril, Bierman, Brown, Katz, Kaufman, Leno, Newsom, Teng, Yaki, Yee Recommendation of Audits and Government Efficiency Committee 992233 [Payment of Services of Police Officers] Supervisors Kaufman, Newsom, Brown Ordinance amending Chapter 10B Section 10B.2 of the San Francisco Administrative Code to require a deposit for services of police officers hired pursuant to this provision and to require payment within 10 days of notification of final balance due, and to eliminate the administrative overhead fee. (Amends Section 10B.2.) The roll was called on the pending amendment to include a ten percent administrative fee. See January 24, 2000 Meeting Minutes. The amendment failed. Medical Cannabis User Identification Card] Supervisors Leno, Bierman, Newsom, Katz, Brown Ordinance amending Health Code by adding Article 28 to authorize the Department of Public Health to issue medical cannabis identification cards to individuals who qualify under California Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5 as users of medical cannabis or as primary caregivers to medical cannabis users.
