Privilege of the Floor
            Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                Ayes: 9 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Chiu, Cohen, Farrell, Mar, Tang, Yee
                Excused: 2 - Kim, Wiener
            Supervisor Campos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Kevin Truitt and
            Martha Vega of the San Francisco Unified School District in recognition of their accomplishments
            relating to the Free Muni for Youth Program and continued community support.
