(District Attorney) Resolution No. 932-99 ADOPTED Recommendations of the Public Health and Environment Committee 991462 [Medical Marijuana] Supervisors Leno, Ammiano, Bierman, Katz, Newsom Ordinance amending Health Code Section 1009.22 which prohibits smoking, to allow smoking of medical marijuana in non-profit medical marijuana buyers clubs. (Amends Article 19F, Section 1009.22.) Ordinance No. 270-99 FINALLY PASSED 991755 [Tour Bus Prohibition on 25th Avenue and El Camino Del Mar Extension of Sunset Clause] Supervisors Yaki, Newsom Ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 88-96, 281-96, 271-97, and 426-97, which amended the San Francisco Police Code to prohibit tour buses on El Camino Del Mar between the Presidio (approximately 290 feet east of 25th Avenue) and Legion of Honor Drive, and 25th Avenue between Lake Street and El Camino del Mar, to provide that this prohibition on tour buses shall expire on December 31, 2000, rather than December 31, 1999.
