Supervisor Brown introduced and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Director of the Southeast Community Facility, Mr. Toye Moses, for his involvement with the community. Mr. Moses thanked the Board and welcomed the Supervisors and the public to the facility and expressed his concerns regarding unemployment, the environment and seniors.
