Mark Blake (Project Sponsor) provided an overview of the project, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, agreed to a voluntary modification relating to raising the height from 6" to 18" for the building permit, and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the Planning Commission. Martin Fried; Linda Hong; David Elliott Lewis; Beth Upsteen; David O'Jaleen; spoke in support of the project and in opposition to the appeal.
