PresentationMade There being no objection, on motion by Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Ammiano, the rules were suspended for the purpose of introducing two guests and presenting each with a Certificate of Honor. Supervisor Yee introduced and welcomed Elisa Leung and Ed Lew and commended them on their work in the Department of Human Services and for receiving the "Employee of the Month" awards for their work on welfare reform by getting the welfare clients off the roll and into jobs. CONSENTCALENDAR RecommendationsofHousingandNeighborhoodServicesCommittee Finally Passed [Zoning-Motor Vehicle Fuel and Alcoholic Beverages] Ordinance amending Planning Code to prohibit establishments that sell motor vehicle fuel concurrent with distilled alcoholic beverages and to require conditional use authorization for establishments that sell motor vehicle fuel concurrent with beer or wine, and making determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
