            Ordinance: 1) accepting the irrevocable offer of public infrastructure improvements associated with
            Mission Bay South Blocks 2-7 and 13 Phase I including acquisition facilities on portions of Fourth
            Street, Mission Rock Street, China Basin Street, Mission Bay Boulevard North, and Mission Bay
            Boulevard South; 2) accepting additional property on portions of Fourth Street, Mission Rock
            Street, and China Basin Street; 3) declaring City property and additional property as shown on
            official Department of Public Works maps as open public right-of-way; 4) dedicating such
