CALLING THE ROLL In the absence of President Kevin Shelley, the meeting was called to order at 2:03 p.m. by the Clerk. Consideration of Mayor's Disapproval Mayor's Disapproval Sustained [Regulation of Campaign Consultants] Ordinance amending Administrative Code by adding Sections 16.540 through 16.547 to require registration of and quarterly reporting by campaign consultants; prohibit campaign consultants from lobbying current clients who are local officeholders, and certain former clients who are local officeholders who owe money to the consultant for services provided to help elect the officeholder; and establish a voluntarily code of conduct for campaign consultants.
