Adopted as Amended [Lobos Creek Conservation] Resolution urging the Mayor to urge the Planning Commission to exercise its discretionary review authority to conduct public hearings on certain permit applications, subject to specified exceptions, for property within a Lobos Creek Conservation Area, to create a permanent program for review of certain land use activities on property within this Conservation Area, and to work with city agencies, commissions, and departments and the federal government to exercise management practices that protect Lobos Creek from governmental activities, and requesting the Department of City Planning to provide a report on the establishment of a discretionary review process for certain permit applications within this Conservation Area.
