            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, March 24, 2026, with President Rafael Mandelman presiding.

            President Mandelman called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.



ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
            On the call of the roll, Supervisors Chan, Chen, Dorsey, Mahmood, Mandelman, Melgar, Sauter,
            Sherrill, Walton, and Wong were noted present.

            Supervisor Fielder was noted not present.

            A quorum of the Board was present.


            President Mandelman presented the ancestral homeland acknowledgement of the Ramaytush
            Ohlone, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula, pursuant to Board Rule
            4.7.1.

            President Mandelman led the Members of the Board and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance to
            the Flag of the United States of America, pursuant to Board Rule 4.9.



COMMUNICATIONS
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board that she was in receipt of a communication
            from Supervisor Fielder notifying the Members of her absence and requesting to be excused from
            attending today’s meeting.

            Clerk Calvillo then welcomed members of the public to attend Board meetings and provide comment
            in-person or view the meeting live on SFGovTV's award winning Cable Channel 26 or at

            establishing minimum operating hours of 35 hours per week, 6) requiring permittees to be present at
            sidewalk flower stands for at least 50% of the applicable hours of operation and to dedicate a
            minimum of 75% of the sidewalk flower stand for the sale or storage of certain eligible flowers and
            plants, 7) prohibiting the leasing or sub-leasing of sidewalk flower stands, and 8) prohibiting the sale,
            assignment, inheritance, or transfer of flower stand permits; amending the Police Code to authorize
            Public Works to impose, assess, and collect administrative penalties; and affirming the Planning
            Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
