SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order for the Board of Supervisors was suspended to
            grant privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            President Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Lord Mayor
            of Cork, Ireland, Fergal Dennehy, in recognition of San Francisco’s ongoing Sister City partnership
            with Cork, Ireland and the strengthening of their economic and strategic ties.

            Supervisor Melgar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Edgewood
            Center for Children and Families, accepted by Chief Executive Officer Lynn Dolce, on the occasion
            of their 175th Anniversary and in recognition of its exceptional service to the children and families of
            San Francisco since 1851. Supervisor Wong shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Dorsey introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Andrew Freeman
            (af&co) in recognition of his accomplishments and legacy as a innovator in sales and marketing
            within the hospitality sector. Azalina Eusope provided additional commending remarks.

            Supervisor Fielder introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Dr. Gregoria Nova
            Cahill, Dean of City College of San Francisco, Mission Center, in recognition of her accomplishments
            and continued community support. Supervisor Melgar shared in this commendation.

            President Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the 2025 Castro
            Halloween Night Market organizers, including Nate Bourg, Manny Yekutiel, Gregg Carey, Joshua
            Smith, Chris Carrington, and Ben Van Houten, in recognition of their work and efforts executing the
            extraordinary event.

            Supervisor Wong introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Jing Mo Athletic
            Association, accepted by Lorraine Yee, in recognition of their accomplishments teaching martial arts
            and discipline.
