(District 8) (Appellant: Mitchell M. Tsai of Mitchell M. Tsai Law Firm on behalf of the Diamond Heights Community Association) (Filed October 27, 2025) (Clerk of the Board) President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to address the Board.
