President Mandelman called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE On the call of the roll, Supervisors Chan, Chen, Dorsey, Fielder, Mahmood, Mandelman, Melgar, Sauter, Sherrill, and Walton were noted present.
