            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, September 16, 2025, with President Rafael Mandelman presiding.

            President Mandelman called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.



ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
            On the call of the roll, Supervisors Chan, Chen, Engardio, Fielder, Mahmood, Mandelman, Melgar,
            Sauter, Sherrill, and Walton were noted present.

            Supervisor Dorsey was noted not present.

            A quorum of the Board was present.


            President Mandelman presented the ancestral homeland acknowledgement of the Ramaytush
            Ohlone, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula, pursuant to Board Rule
            4.7.1.

            President Mandelman led the Members of the Board and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance to
            the Flag of the United States of America, pursuant to Board Rule 4.9.



Supervisor Dorsey Excused From Attendance
            Supervisor Sauter, seconded by Supervisor Sherill, moved that Supervisor Dorsey be excused from
            attending today's meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

            North Beach Neighborhood Commercial District, 2) expand allowable uses and increase use size
            limits in the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District, 3) expand allowable uses in the Pacific
            Avenue Neighborhood Commercial District, 4) expand allowable uses and increase use size limits in
            the Nob Hill Special Use District, and 5) reduce limitations on Restaurants and Bars in the Jackson
