After that date, the City Attorney is authorized to cause Sections 21D.3, 21D.4, and 21D.5 to be removed from the Administrative Code’. The motion carried by the following vote:

            Sponsors: Walton; Fielder, Chan and Chen
            Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to revise the goals and reporting requirements for food
            purchasing by the Department of Public Health and the Sheriff’s Department for City hospitals and
            jails; and eliminating the sunset date such that the program’s standards and reporting requirements
            will remain in effect indefinitely.
            Supervisor Chen requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
