            At the request of President Mandelman, Supervisor Melgar assumed the chair at 4:54 p.m. The
            President resumed the chair at 4:59 p.m.


250735 [Hearing - Appeal of Tentative Parcel Map Approval - 1979 Mission Street]
            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of Public Works, dated June 25, 2025,
            approving a Tentative Parcel Map for a three-lot subdivision at 1979 Mission Street, Assessor’s
            Parcel Block No. 3553, Lot No. 052. (District 9) (Appellant: Ali Gilmore) (Filed: July 3, 2025) (Clerk of
            the Board)
            President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Board. Ali Gilmore (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal, responded to
            questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
            Naomi Fox; Todd; Marianna; George; Noah Enger; Paulette Brown; Griffin Lee; Theirry Fill; spoke in
            support of the appeal and in opposition to the project. Elias French (Public Works), and Aaron Starr
            and Carly Grob (Planning Department) provided an overview of the decision of the Planning
            Department and responded to questions raised throughout the discussion. Sam Moss and Laura
            Elaine Daza-Garcia (Project Sponsor) provided an overview of the project, responded to questions
            raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the
            Planning Department. Kevin Kitchingham (Mission Housing) presented additional information and
            answered questions raised throughout the discussion. Conor Allan; Ken Roethlisberger; Ruth
            Ferguson; Brandon Powell; Bill Bradful; Kate Michelle; Charlie Angoli; Madeleine and Ivan; Laura
            Foote; Bobak Esfandiari; Robert Fuchman; Mario; Eli Hallaran; Jenny Madahan; Myra Hernandez;
            Speaker; Speaker; Speaker; Kristin; spoke in support of the project and in opposition to the appeal.
            Marc Salomon (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
            There were no other speakers. President Mandelman closed public comment and declared the public
            hearing heard and filed.
