            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, April 8, 2025, with President Rafael Mandelman presiding.

            President Mandelman called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m.



ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
            On the call of the roll, Supervisors Chan, Chen, Dorsey, Engardio, Fielder, Mahmood, Mandelman,
            Melgar, Sherrill, and Walton and were noted present.

            Supervisor Sauter was noted not present.

            A quorum of the Board was present.


            President Mandelman presented the ancestral homeland acknowledgement of the Ramaytush
            Ohlone, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula, pursuant to Board Rule
            4.7.1.

            President Mandelman led the Members of the Board and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance to
            the Flag of the United States of America, pursuant to Board Rule 4.9.



Supervisor Sauter Excused from Attendance
            Supervisor Chen, seconded by Supervisor Melgar, moved that Supervisor Sauter be excused from
            attending today's meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

            President Mandelman inquired whether a Member of the Board had any corrections to the February
            25, 2025, or March 4, 2025, Regular Board Meeting Minutes, as presented. There were no corrections
            requested from any Member of the Board.

            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the approval of a Conditional Use Authorization
            pursuant to Planning Code, Sections 121.2, 303, 317, and 752 for a proposed project at 4100-3rd
            Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 5260, Lot No. 032, identified in Planning Case No.

            President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Board. Brad Russi (Office of the City Attorney) responded to questions raised during the
            discussion. Bivett Brackett (Appellant) provided an overview of the project and announced the
            withdrawal of her appeal. Susan Corlett (Project Sponsor) concurred in the withdrawal of this appeal.
            There were no other speakers. President Mandelman closed public comment and declared the public
