            Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 5260, Lot No. 032, identified in Planning Case No.
            2024-008292CUA, issued by the Planning Commission by Motion No. 21669 dated January 9, 2025,
            to establish a use greater than 6,000 square feet in size and to convert an existing two-story over
            basement, mixed-use building with eight group housing units at the second floor into an
            approximately 6,123 square-foot social service facility use (d.b.a. Friends of the Children-SF Bay
