            President Peskin requested that File Nos. 241200, 241201, 241202, and 241203 be severed so that
            they may be considered separately and before General Public Comment.

            President Peskin inquired whether any individual wished to address the Board on the Commending
            Resolutions. Assistant Chief David Lazar (Police Department); Carmen Chu, City Administrator
            (Office of the City Administrator); Maryellen Carroll, Director (Department of Emergency
            Management); Jeanine Nicholson, former Fire Chief; Carla Short, Director (Public Works); Kelly
            Dearman, Executive Director (Department of Disability and Aging Services); and Andrico Penick,
            Director (Real Estate Division); provided commending remarks regarding the outgoing Members of
