            Supervisor Safai introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Roberto Zenteno, Sr.
            (Zentcorp, Inc.) in recognition of his accomplishments providing tax guidance to the constituents of
            the Excelsior and San Francisco.
