       Exceed $11,620,000; Certain Administrative Code Waivers]
            Sponsors: Mayor; Mandelman, Dorsey, Chan, Melgar, Engardio, Stefani and Preston
            Ordinance 1) approving and authorizing the Director of Property to acquire certain real property
            located at 2280 Market Street (the “Property”); 2) approving and authorizing a Purchase and Sale
            Agreement for the acquisition of the Property from Market & Noe Center LP, a California Limited
            Partnership, for an amount not to exceed $11,620,000 including closing costs (“Purchase
            Agreement”); 3) authorizing the Director of Property to make certain modifications to the Purchase
            Agreement and take certain actions in furtherance of the Purchase Agreement, as defined herein; 4)
            adopting findings that the Property is exempt surplus land under the California Surplus Land Act; 5)
            exempting the property management, operation, repair, and maintenance of the Property from the
            contracting and procurement requirements in Administrative Code, Chapters 6, 14B, and 21, and
            Labor and Employment Code, Articles 131 and 132; 6) placing the Property under the jurisdiction of
