            Resolution determining that the transfer of a Type-21 off-sale general beer, wine, and distilled spirits

            Supervisor Engardio introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Lincoln High
            School Dragon Boat Team, accepted by Yuqing Qiu, in recognition of the multiple 1st, 2nd and 3rd
            place wins in various events at the World Championship in Italy this year.

            Supervisor Ronen introduced and presented a Certificate of Honor to Joel St. Julien, Program
            Manager (New Door Ventures), in recognition of his accomplishments preparing youth for work and
            life by providing jobs, training, education and support to help them achieve their potential.
