Sheriff Paul Miyamoto (Sheriff’s Office), Ken Lomba, President (Deputy Sheriff’s Association), Terry Wiley, Inspector General (Sheriff’s Oversight Board), and Angela Chan, Chief of Confront and Advocate (Public Defender’s Office), provided an overview on the impacts of County Jail lockdowns and answered questions raised throughout the discussion. Tom Paulino (Mayor’s Office) presented additional information and answered questions raised throughout the discussion. Joanna Hernandez; Chris Ward Kline; Terry Wada; James Irving; Michael Nguyen; Angelica Bac; Jesus Reyes; Sala-Haquekyah Chandler; Otto Duffy; spoke on various concerns regarding the impacts of County Jail lockdowns.
