            Ordinance: 1) accepting the irrevocable offer of public infrastructure improvements associated with
            Mission Bay South Blocks 2-7 and 13 Phase I including acquisition facilities on portions of Fourth

            Supervisor Farrell, seconded by Supervisor Chu, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
